Residential Cookery Courses - Stay at our delightful, on site, Fully Licensed Guest House in Rural West Wales. Partake of a delicious full breakfast in unique surroundings, spend the day relaxing in the hot tub/spa, swimming pool (summer months only), enjoy an alternative therapy session, or visit the wonderful coastline with its marine life including dolphins and seals. Local riding school for those of you interested in natural horsemanship. Prepare for your cooking experience from 4pm
Non-Residential Cookery Courses - 4pm onwards
Final day of courses will include sourcing local organic produce and preparing a dish using the skills learned throughout your course.
