The company was founded in 1994 by Brian and Celia Wright who had both been working in the health sector since 1977, and founded their first company sourcing and selling natural health products in 1979.

All Higher Nature products are made from natural ingredients and are vegan and vegetarian where possible. The Higher Nature Promise outlines other stringent quality requirements, such as that all products must be non-GM.

The company are probably best known for vitamin and mineral supplements but their product range also includes digestive health, immunity, Probiotics, Omega Oils, Superfoods and the Energys skincare brand among others.
